Becca Caldwell
Director of Rural Services
Becca Caldwell is the Director of the Rural Services Division of the Arkansas Economic Development Commission.
A Little Rock native, Becca is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville from which she received her degree in International Relations and Political Science.
Becca started her professional career in 2011 working for United States Senator, John Boozman where she served as a Constituent Service Representative. In this role, Becca primarily worked with the Department of Veterans Affairs as well as the Department of Homeland Security to resolve issues for the Senator’s constituents.
Prior to being named Director of Rural Services, Becca managed both the Rural Community Grant Program and the County Fair Building Program.
She is also a member of the Junior League of Little Rock and is a certified yoga instructor.
