Justin Majors serves as the Director of Existing Business for the Arkansas Economic Development Commission. In this role, Majors and his team assist companies across Arkansas with modernization initiatives, workplace resilience, operational excellence, and workforce training.

Prior to joining AEDC in 2016, he served ten years with the Arkansas Department of Workforce Services as Program Manager for the U.S. Department of Labor’s Trade Adjustment Assistance Program. 

Majors has also served on multiple community-focused boards and committees, including the City of Maumelle Tree Board and the St. Francis Lake Association.

He holds a degree in political science from Arkansas State University. In 2016, Majors earned a Professional Community and Economic Developer (PCED) designation from the Community Development Council.
