DOZENS OF AIRPORTS FOR EASY FLYING

DOZENS OF AIRPORTS FOR EASY FLYING

The Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport (LIT) in Little Rock and the Northwest Arkansas National Airport (XNA) are the state’s two largest airports and collectively offer dozens of daily departures and nonstop service to destinations around the country.

TAC Air and Fly Arkansas LLC both offer fixed base operations in Little Rock while Regional Jet Center offers FBO services to XNA. A network of regional airports in El Dorado, Fort Smith, Harrison, Hot Springs, Jonesboro, Texarkana, and other Northwest Arkansas cities provide day and night commercial service to several national airports. Most of these airports have instrument approach capability.

In addition to commercial aircraft, Clinton National serves general aviation/private aircraft, with two fixed-base operators (FBOs) on the field, TAC Air, and Fly Arkansas, LLC.

The Arkansas Aeroplex at Blytheville, formerly Eaker Air Force Base, is the state’s second-largest industrial complex and one of the largest commercial airstrips in the central United States. Situated in a campus-like setting, the facility offers fiber optic technology, 1.5 million square feet of available facilities, and space for new construction.
